An hour later it will be ready to punch down. If you put it in a tin to have a standard loaf, put the tin and dough back in the sink of hot water for the second rise and repeat. If you make a cob shape, figure out how to elevate your cob above the hot water and how to keep the towel above the cob so it doesn't prevent the rise.
