I'm staying with my daughter.

Just for a day or two, then I shall move to my new home.

I'm waiting for the electric to be connected.

I have spent the day with a huge grin on my face, I'm so delighted and excited.

We walked round the village to watch Father Christmas going past on a trailer being pulled by a huge tractor.

Beano and I are sleeping on the sofa in Cass's living room tonight.

Tomorrow I'm hoping to walk to my new home, taking my shopping trolley full of stuff with me. I'm  hoping to do a few trips to and fro though a lot of stuff will have to be transported by car.

I'm ready for bed now even though it's only early evening so I may have a nana nap to tide me over.

Oh and Cass has a small oven that she doesn't use, so no need to me to buy one.

I am so pleased you are with your daughter. I know strokes can be devastating but I feel you were at a cross road with your husband. Now he can do as he likes and without you as a whipping wife. May your new move be everything you want and deserve and I hope Beano likes it too. Merry Christmas and a happy new year. Lots of love Andie xxx

The best thing for you and Beano, out of there. I hope you will continue blogging and wish you all the best for your new way of life. However, a little word from one who knows about this sort of thing and l start by apologising if this has been gone into already, but do have a consultation with Cassies Solicitor, to make sure Steve cannot do anything with the flat without your knowledge and consent. You own it jointly and he has made the situation come to this. So belt and braces is prudent planning. Apologies again for the intrusion, if un wanted and unnecessary. Sandra x
