Just in case anyone was wondering, I am still alive and settling into my new home. I have no heating, no hot water and no internet but these will all get sorted eventually.
Beano is confused but otherwise ok.
Scrimping and saving, ranting and raving. Past retirement age.

Glad to hear you're alive and kicking. There's always something that's not right in a house move, but as you say, they'll get sorted sooner or later. Preferably sooner. I'm sure Beano will soon settle down - he won't miss the shouting and inconsistencies! How are you, Sue? xx

Do you have a small heater or something Once the holiday is over things will revert to normality. I must have moved a good few times without an oven/stove and no heating. Bed is the warmest place I have found. Beano will soon settle down once you get a routine for him. I am glad you are safe I have written before and I had an abusive husband for 16 years and freedom has no price it is priceless. We are all cheering you on I can tell with the comments and we would all help if we could. Chin up. Love to you both Love Andie xxxxxx

I have been wondering! I know that you are a capable and intelligent adult but it is nice to hear from people and be assured that they are as well as they can be under their circumstances! Heat and hot water are pretty basic so hope you get sorted soon!
