That's a nice view from your window! I like the look of the summer house, a good place to sit and chat with other residents hopefully!
Do you pay a service charge to cover stuff such as gardeners, window cleaners etc? It would be nice to have the joy of the garden without having to actually make any effort to maintain it!
The flat we're selling at the moment has a monthly service charge of £895, which we're having to pay, even though the place is empty! Obviously, the sooner it's sold, the better for us!
We've accepted an offer, and solicitors are 'doing their thing' at present, so hopefully the bloody millstone will soon be removed from around our necks!
Take care,
Col. X

THht looks lovely! I did a double take because the style looks very much like a place near me (i'm close to Windsor). It's going to be even more delightful in spring etc.

What a lovely view from your window, the place looks really nice.

Are they okay with Beano in residence? I'm assuming so, you wouldn't have gone for it without him would you. Where my Mum lives you can move in with elderly cats and dogs but are not allowed to replace them later.
