Knackered

The house is empty.

The tenant is expecting to exchange today.

The boiler service is booked.

The smoke detectors are in, so are the Co2 alarms.

The washing machine is ordered.

The tenant is nearing a nervous breakdown and so am I.

I'm totally knackered.

I need to read back on your blog to get to grips with what's gone on. We have a rental property and check it ourselves 2-3 times a year. I know there is some damage caused by them in the kitchen but they've been good tenants for 4 year so replacing part of the kitchen when they go won't be too bad. Hope your tenant was good for you.

Hi I wondered how once you're completely afloat, how would be put onto the electoral register to vote. If you have a permanent mooring somewhere does that get used for this purpose?

Wardrobe

We have a wardrobe in the bedroom that was left by the previous resident. It is perfectly sound but it smells of stinky feet. I've tried...
