Managed agreement

I have appointed a managing agent for my tenant, the agreement started on the 1st March. Unfortunately as the tenant decided to phone on Sunday evening she assumed that the agent wouldn't be available, I assumed she had been unable to contact my agent.
We both assumed wrong, from now on I shall refer her to the agent whatever time she calls.
Yesterday the problem was solved by the agent and my sleepless night was unnecessary.

Best idea EVER!!!! My friend hpgot an agent, too, after the neighbor to her rental property continually called her to complain about her property's second story toilet making noise when flushed at night. The house only had ONE STORY! And that the tv dish blocked her view....
my friend said if you hung out the window and looked hard left, it may have , as it was hanging flush on the house wall....
When the agent went to discuss it with the neighbor, she refused to answer the door...and happily moved away a short time later!
I think it's well worth the cost!

Definitely a smart move on your part!
I'm sure you didn't retire and get away from a load of whingers, just to get yourself a new one!

Phew. I agree entirely with Col.

It sounds as though your agent will definitely be earning his money; that's one very awkward tenant you have.

Very sensible to appoint amanaging agent, saves you such a lot of worry.

I wish my son would get one for his flat tenants. Do I need to give washing machine mending advice for him to pass on to the idiot tenant every Tuesday at 9pm just as they are going to announce the winner of Portrait Artist for the week after I have carefully followed the slow painting for an hour!

Wednesday

My Oddbox arrived this morning and I've shared it with Betty, in it there were potatoes, onions, spinach, aubergine, a huge cauliflower ...
