I found a blog with a jelly recipe for rhubarb vanilla bean jelly....but I'll have to buy my rhubarb :)
What an amazing harvest! I have a couple of pots of scraggy looking mint on my patio. I've also raised some Thai Basil on the windowsill, very proud of myself for that :-)
