The boat is covered in fluff, there are great swathes of it everywhere.
It rolls itself into balls that drift away if you try to pick them up.
The fluff is from the willow trees.
It plays havoc with the painting of the boat and it makes me sneeze.

I've got a house full of the stuff! and it's impossible to sweep up as it just jumps out of the way
Never seen anything like that before, but then urban Torbay is low on willow trees!
