Sometimes

I'm waking up with tooth ache every morning as I am sleeping with my teeth clenched at night, I do have one sensitive tooth that has flared up because of the clenching.

My face and neck are covered in stress hives, I have an eruption on my lip that flares up occasionally, I treat it with tea tree oil, it stings like buggery but works fast.

I just want to put my head in my arms and bawl my eyes out, sometimes I actually do it.

Most times I get washed and dressed, I drag my sorry arse out of the house and I go to work.

I have a manic look in my eyes, yesterday we found out that changes are being made to his shift pattern with no consultation or discussion.

Today I am going to HR to talk about it.

My house need smudging as it is full of tension and stress.

I am getting my spell book out at the weekend, I'm trying to arrange a lottery win for a couple of staff members so they can take early retirement.

I am remembering the Wiccan rede which is 'An it harm none, do what you will.

It's not surprising that your body is trying to tell you that you have had just about enough of everything and it is screaming for 'time-out'.
I would think that physically, mentally and emotionally you are on the floor.

Been there Hester, and its not pretty.

Please take, no, MAKE, every opportunity to lie down and enjoy some silence.

My husband had to get a mouth guard to protect his teeth due to clenching. He got one at the pharmacy. See if they have the same thing. Better than damaging teeth.
Hope stress is relieved soon for both of you.

Hester, I think you need a little help:

together in a saucepan -
one level teaspoon of salt
12 pinches of dried sage
10 drops of lavender
add half pint of water warm the potion on the stove but don`t let it boil, as it heats up say out loud

with powers besstowed
my luck will grow
with effortless ease
my home they will see
magical movement will shine upon me
swift my transition
so mote it be

let the potion cool the completely submerge your hands in the liquid and walk around every room in the house shaking droplets from your fingertips with every sprinkling say

This home will sell soon

Sprinkle the potion all over the house every day until all is used.

Good luck, hope it works as well for you as it did for me.

Oh my dear girl, you are having an awful time. No doubt you wake up not only with toothache, but feeling sickish, too, with all this stress. I do hope that HR will be of help, not consulting people who are most affected by changes is diabolical. Hugs, lots of 'em.

Watched Coronation Street - poor dog had to be put to sleep. Watched Emmerdale - a mother found her daughter dead in bed of an overdose. What is going on, someone tell me, not a word of warning or anything. I know it is fiction but these things happen. Hope you have not watched the above programmes you sound like you are at the end of your tether. Take a deep breath, (try the spell it sounds good) remember to keep saying " This will all pass" and try to get a good nights sleep. Your ungrateful colleagues will get theirs; you will sell your house, you only need one buyer and try to avoid the soaps. Much love Andie xxx

I'm sorry you're still up to your neck in it. I hope when you do get to the light at the end, that everything works out so unexpectedly well. Xx

Wardrobe

We have a wardrobe in the bedroom that was left by the previous resident. It is perfectly sound but it smells of stinky feet. I've tried...
