Brianna's Capelet from the Outlander collection, it will keep my neck warm next winter. Knitted with one strand of stylecraft cream DK and two strands of 4ply Shetland spun by a friend from one of her sheep. I just need to buy a large wooden button to fasten it.

That looks just like something I want. Can you tell me where to find the pattern please. Love reading about your dogs and glad they get together ok. I have just started a blog, pastorswife69.com
If you join the Facebook Outlander group there is a link to the pattern on there. I'll pop over and read your blog.
That looks very nice and must be soft too! Well done!
I think we both could do with one of those, we both get stiff necks from time to time.

Well done! It's one of the nicer ones I've seen
On the same FB group, lol
Thanks for reminding me of the Outlander website. I haven't checked it in ages. We have just now finished the latest season of the TV shows. Very exciting!
Looks amazing and super warm, a great make.
Much cosier than a scarf which always seems to leave my neck bare. I’m still sewing masks. Catriona ( in wettish but warmish Scotland)
It's quite easy to make a wooden button from a slice of branch. Sand it and varnish it, drill holes in it. We have a friend who makes and sells leather book covers etc. She does that a lot, she used to order them and now they are free!
