Finances Pt 2
I have no need to hide the money from Steve as it is my share of our savings that I requested he transfer to me. No solicitor could chase me for what is mine!

I am so sorry that your relationship has ended this way. You two were so happy in the beginning. Something similar happened to me but he died, so . . . Moving on is the best thing for you and I am glad you are doing it. I'm sure it will be hard but, since he can't change, it is best for you. Best wishes!
I do apologise for being incredibly nosey here. But do you own outright, or rent the flat jointly, or is there a mortgage on it? If you both own it and you move out, then he still has a place to live, until you start divorce proceedings, or am l missing something here? Wishing you all the very best with this.
