Is to watch a couple of episodes of Endeavour, I've started back at the beginning of the series.
Unfortunately this isn't going to happen, Steve is watching the Grand Prix qualifier.
He seems to find it necessary to shout at full volume and to insist on relaying the information to me that I can hear perfectly well as he has the TV on very loud!

You need headphones and an iPad. You can watch and hear your own stuff.
You can catch up on loads of this type of programme on a laptop via iplayer and itv streaming etc - not so expensive as an ipad and bigger and clearer for you to see. How you put up with an overloud TV beats me - I'd be having soundproofing put in a room for myself - or for him and his TV maybe. Hope you find a solution, it must be hell. Elaine
