Save the date.

It looks like the house sale will be completed on 22nd February.

I was originally told 1st March but now it has been brought forward.

DD and I have been to-ing and fro-ing emptying the shed.

One more trip is needed as DD wants some of the pots of plants from the garden.

I have canceled direct debits for the house insurance and the council tax, they go out on the 1st of the month.

I have followed you for years and I am worried that you have sold your house , your husband has had a stroke and I’m worried that you are sellling your equity, boats depreciate , houses don’t

You never know, Anonymous - with the dire warnings about the environment and water levels rising, those living in boats will probably be in a far better position than those in houses, flooded on the mainland!!!

I hope it all goes as planned Hester. I think we will sell our rental property next year, despite not having any problems with our tenant. It's time we enjoyed some of the money tied up in it before it's too late.
