I had a nightmare last night, I awoke in a state of panic.
It seems I had murdered two people, I'd done it some time ago but was suddenly very likely to be caught, a collapsing building was going to reveal the bodies.
The two people I had murdered were my niece and one of my nephews.
I don't have a niece and all three of my nephews were alive and present in the dream.
Scrimping and saving, ranting and raving. Past retirement age.
This weeks veg box.

Apparently a lot of people are having odd dreams at the moment - probably due to all the stress you are under. Hope you get a better sleep tonight.

I don't think I've had a nightmare recently but for the last week I am very anxious and even though I'm trying to ignore my thoughts I can feel the trembling inside my body.The stress has to go somewhere and perhaps to express it in a dream may be best x
I read somewhere that when you dream of death the opposite happens and there is a new birth. Death happens when you dream of a birth. I don't know how true this is. But other peoples comments are probably more relevant to you with this lockdown.

I had a weird set of four dreams last night. The first saw my hubby asking me if I would tow his canoe over a bridge, then I was in a bookshop with my 3 year old son (he's 33) trying to return a book he had read and didn't want anymore, then I had to go and 'rescue' a man hanging upside down in a shed that my hubby had supposedly taken hostage. I took the polythene bag off the man's head and then left, only wondering later if I should have cut him down from the rafters too!! The final dream snippet was me gardening inside a huge oak framed barn and my husband walking past and telling me he would make me some raised beds out of the uprights of the barn ... I woke up wondering how the roof would stay up without any support.
Bloody hell what a night ... no wonder I am still tired!!
Yes I woke myself up shouting 'It's illegal'. Not sure what that was about!!
We are all stressed at the moment, even if it's hard to admit.
My OH is wandering around with a spray disinfectant and a cloth. He sprays all the post as well. In between complaining of itching all over.
So don't worry we are all getting through in our own way.
Sending good vibes. It's no fun when you have those sort of dreams. I'm currently dreaming about forgetting how to drive and ricocheting madly around car parks. Hugs x
Someone told me that if you dream that you have killed someone and are about to be found out that its connected to OCD. I have that type of dream myself quite often. I have never thought of myself as having OCD but she listed a whole bunch of other things which also applied to me so maybe I do!
I can be OCD but I try to keep it under control.
