Bugger
I have an ear infection and Steve has an infected finger.

Oh no! I hope you are completely over the injured thumb mentioned ten days ago. Such a contrast to the image you mentioned that some folks have of you trailing your fingers in the water as you go along. Hope you both get better soon.

Commiserations - hope both are soon better.
Was it Benny Hill who sang "stick your finger in your ear and go ting-a-ling-a-loo"? For some weird reason I am reminded of this.
