This is what my feet and ankles look like after a day stood at the machines. |
This is what they look like after a day doing housework and looking after one of the DGD's.
I know they aren't skinny ankles, but they are now bony, how they should be.

maybe walking a few steps every minute or so while waiting for the copier to "do its thing" would encourage your ankles to keep slim. Or you could pace, shaking your head while exclaiming, "I KNOW IT'S GOING TO BREAK!" and acting slightly deranged.

No point in acting deranged, my workmates already know I am. I do walk between the 3 machines to monitor them when I can, but it's not enough, probably because of the heat.
Blood pressure/fluid build up? Have you talked to the Doc?
Could be Linda, I did mention it at one of my Dr's visits, but got no response.
Do not despair Hester. My legs look like that all the time. On a bad day they are much, much worse.
Ha! ha!
You didn't expect me to pop up here did you?
Nice to see you Joy.
