There is a cat from a neighbouring boat walking up and down the gunwales meowing plaintively.
CHS ordered a new tunnel light for the boat, he ordered a magnetic one but it needs to attach to a wooden structure!
We have had a new shower fitted in the house, and had the slow draining bath sorted, £480 but the tenant would like a new suite fitted!
From the earbashing I'm receiving all these things seem to be my fault.

(the tenant would like a new suite fitted!) Tough........they have cost you enough since they moved in. I thought they were supposed to contact you through the letting agents.....think you need to change your phone number......the agents need to earn their money and tell the tenants they are only to contact you through them. If they carry on they are guilty of harassment. The bathroom suite is fit for use so they can just whistle. Its your house not theirs.
Well of course they are all your fault!!
Ha! - they are always the woman's fault - men are perfect!
I think you need a new tenant
What would it cost you to get rid of this awful tenant? It'd probably be well worth it.
Of course everything's your fault, why are you even surprised?
Has CHS blamed you for the heat wave yet?
Sorry I should have made it clear, the tenant told the agent they want a new suite, the agent passed the information on to me but only to keep me updated. We both think it is a joke expecting a new suite. My lovely plumber has fitted a replacement shower, the existing one was 15 years old, so I have no problem replacing it.
The tenant tried to persuade the plumber that they needed a new suite but he told them in no uncertain terms that the problem was of their making and gave them a list of instructions to follow to ensure the drain is kept clear.
I'm not being harassed by the tenant I'm just aware of what they want and that they aren't going to get it.
Good for you!
It’s not aiwoays much fun letting property, is it? You seem very tolerant😃
