We've had a few very cold days but warmer weather is due soon, it's been bright and sunny which is nice.
One of the residents was admitted to hospital, she's had a stroke and won't be returning here.
Her flat is on the market for £120,000, Steve is having conniptions as the prices here are dropping. He didn't want to move here, he wanted to stay in the Airbnb that was costing us an arm and a leg!
I'm not sure what he expects, he's one of these people who thinks everything he owns is worth double the market value and then gets aggrieved when his things don't sell.

It's funny how price can seem so important. I don't think a house should be constantly priced - it's a place where you continue to live and whether the price of the neighbour's house has gone up or down doesn't affect the roof over your head or the view out of the window.
They have to have something to moan about.
Mine makes every car journey a misery by pointing out everyone else’s driving faults! As if it was my fault or I can do anything about them. He thinks his driving is perfect, of course.
I think the response is for us all to give a sigh and say, “Men!”
If it was his choice would he still be at the air b n b now ? that would be very expensive wouldn't it - My poor mum had a massive stroke at only 56 years of age - she lived in a flat after her divorce - I was shocked whilst in hospital a young Dr informed me she would not be returning to her flat x
