Seriously unimpressed

My DD1 is 40 today, I sent her a tub of lavender, it wasn't cheap, these things never are.

Despite my delivery instructions stating that the tub was to be left by the front door it was thrown over the back gate!

I shan't order from Bloom and Wild again. They have agreed to a partial refund and DD1 has repotted the lavender but it spoilt what should have been a lovely gift!

That is infuriating! I hope the delivery guy got fired.

Unbelievable!! How big was the Lavender? The bloody mentality of some people today beggars belief, it must have been so miserable for you when you found out?

Disgusting service!
Might be a good idea to post a review on their fb site etc.

That is one delivery gone all wrong. What a senseless delivery person to spoil a lovely gift. I love the scent of lavender and wish we could only grow this plant here. But it s too hot so i make do with oils and powders. Following your life from Malaysia. Beano is adorable and looks exhausted, 3 miles is a long walk. My dogs' tongues are hanging out after only 1 km cos of the heat.

I ordered some "letterbox" flowers from them a couple of years ago the state they arrived in was poor. My sister ordered some for my mum a while back they were even worse....we won't ever use them again!

What a shame! I would say it was the carrier and not Bloom and Wild although ultimately the buck stops with them. I have received some beautiful things from Bloom and Wild - really stunning flowers which have lasted for ages but were "through the letter box" deliveries. Hope your daughter had a great birthday.

That is unforgivable. I hope that the plant recovers from being treated so badly and gives her years of pleasure.

That's awful and especially when it's a present-I got upset because cans of dog food regularly arrived wth most dented and 6 squashed so badly the pullring lids had popped open and the food inside visible-I phoned the online pet store who said they had several other complaints about the delivery people-I asked if they could change courier and they said they had and the previous one was worse x

It's not a secret.

Y'day while Steve was out with his friend Bob, Betty phoned and asked if I'd like to go and get the cheap vegetables from the nearby...
