How did your tenants react? - is there a video of the moment they found out?(I would pay to see that) I'm assuming that they will now berate you for making them homeless at Xmas? Debbie.
You haven't mentioned that the tenants are leaving, so I hope they don't do anything to put the house in a bad light or be awkward about having viewers around. It's time things looked up for you and CHS, so I wish you a quick & uneventful sale and an excellent price. xx
