Some good news

My house went on the market mid afternoon yesterday.

There are two viewings booked for Monday!!

Brilliant, We hope it goes quickly and the sale is straight forward. Hope the tenants do not try and block viewers.

Thank goodness , your tenants sounded awful, I think you've made the right decision. Hope you can pleasantly inform that girl that you are doing your best and that the only input you want from her should be helpful . It must be hard on the boat so (((hugs)) and well done you.

How did your tenants react? - is there a video of the moment they found out?(I would pay to see that) I'm assuming that they will now berate you for making them homeless at Xmas? Debbie.

You haven't mentioned that the tenants are leaving, so I hope they don't do anything to put the house in a bad light or be awkward about having viewers around.

I'm cooking the Sunday roast again today, I can't face another ruined meal at 8 o'clock at night with Steve either in a strop or...
