Howl

I'm having a bad couple of days, all I want to do is sit and howl.
Hopefully tomorrow will be better.

Take a big hug from me and tomorrow will be better, if not just think "sledge hammer" it helps.

You have enough problems of your own but the weather and all this coronavirus gloom is making everyone depressed. We all need some sunshine and good news.Hope tomorrow is a better day.Any chance of you having a break away if only for a day?

I have days like that too. Remember that a good howl is just as satisfying as laughter for therapy.

Sorry to hear that, I prefer a total rant, often a written one, but howling is good too. Get some sun in your eyes, breathe and then howl.

I think sometimes we just have to admit to ourselves that we can take no more for the time being. This morning I felt that I'd had enough too.I just had to admit it to myself when my legs just felt too weak to hold me.I broke down for a while and then looked at my dogs and went for a walk x

Take a little time out for yourself, even if it's just for a cup of tea and a bun. Could one of your children 'sit' with him for half an hour while you take the dog for a little bimble about.
It is so hard at times, life that is. Take care.

I offered oatmeal cakes, honey & cider. Hopefully my own negativity didn't detract; I'll have another quiet think, offering & flame on Mon.
