I asked Steve if he would put some antihistamine cream on the bites on the back of my leg where I couldn't reach.
After looking at them he agreed but did suggest I gave him a pen he could play join the dots!
It did make me laugh.

Brilliant, oh how I hate gnat bites.
Great sense of humor. We have a but here called a "Black Fly" they are so small you can hardly see them, they like to bite in the warm areas around your neck, ears and head. They make me swell up really bad. I bought a hat with a screen that hangs down far enough so that I can tuck it into my T-shirt. Works like a charm, however, its green and I look like the green monster from the black lagoon.

Hi there, I can highly recommend Boots Soltan Protect & Repel SPF30 200ml Sun Cream Spray it's a bit pricey, but does last a long time.Better to prevent if you can and save all the irritation and discomfort. I put it on before I go out dog walking or if I'm gardening and it keeps the pesky midges & may flies away.
