Monday

I'm having problems with my tablet so my replies to your comments may be a bit random.

I'm looking into Yumove for Beano to see if I can buy it in a shop or if it's only available by subscription.

I haven't taken him to the vet as he is improving so much every day.

Steve's new hearing aids have made my life so much better as he can now hear so much better. We have to get through the obligatory six weeks of complaints of "they don't fit" and "my ears are sore" but already the reduction in YouTube volume is lovely.

So whilst everyone else is  trying to cut back we are planning a spending spree.

We are aiming for lunch out when we get to the first pub.

Buying a jar of jam at a new shop that has recently opened.

A few days later we will be treating ourselves to fish and chips.

After that it's a trip to B&Q so Steve can top up on bits and pieces.

Finally the biggest treat a trip to the laundrette where everything not nailed down will be put through a hot wash and best of all dried and folded. Getting the washing dry on the boat is a bit of a chore.

Washing everything not nailed down.
Reminded me of when I bought my first house. Six months without a washing machine, hand washing everything. I too washed everything not nailed down in my sparkling new machine. Lovely sunny day to get it all dried.

Have you considered using turmeric in the form of golden paste for Beano. It works brilliantly to reduce inflammation and pain, doesn't need a prescription and is cheap and easy to make.

What lovely plans. I hope it all works out perfectly.

I really understand about the launderette. I've done my share of washing in the bath without the strain of being on a boat, and I can't imagine how draining it is.

Please pass on gentle scritches to Beano. I'm so glad that he is getting better.

I bought yu move at pets at home-my teddy limped a bit so I gave him one a day and a teaspoon of super solvitax(cod liver oil)I don't know whether it was a coincidence but he improved in a few days-and after a few months I stopped using it altogether x

Your needs are very modest but isn`t that the best as they are easily satisfied. Now I have a hankering for fish `n chips

Oh poor little Beano all bruised up, Yumove can be bought at Pets at home over the counter if you have one near? But they sell it online too probably a bit cheaper, I hope you enjoy you lunches and buys, it’s nice to treat yourself, glad Steve is back in the land of hearing too xx

YuMOVE is available in most pet shops and at Pets at Home as well as Amazon if you can arrange for it to be delivered somewhere for you to pick up.

Both mine have been on it for the past couple of years and it's been amazing. It saved Suky having to have knee surgery as her walking improved so much after two months of tablets and some weight loss back when she first started taking it on the vets advice.

Not a good day!

I had to admit to Steve that I'm struggling with my eyesight and my hearing. He is extremely annoyed though I'm not sure what he exp...
