Ang, my DD's house is a new build with an endless snagging list. She has the right sort of locks but they are faulty.
Sue, that's strange, the locks would let the draft with out the paper.
Yes Chris they are decorations but not for me, I'm making them for something to do as I get bored in the marina.

The snagging list is what worries me, too. We will be renovating our house with the help of an Architect. I picked one that is slightly more expensive, but comes with the recommendation: 'no snagging list afterwards!' (from several people that recommended this Architect).
I wish your daughter all the best with the snagging list! I hope everything gets sorted!
