I was still awake after midnight and awake again at 3 a.m.
There was no point going back to sleep as the plumber was due at 8 a.m.
Still it was worth it.
He worked through from 8 o'clock until 5 o'clock, Steve will tile the wall behind the unit and he has fitted the flooring.

I remember the hassle when we had ours done - a good few years ago now.
I sympathise re the lack of sleep - I laid awake til gone 05:00 two nights ago; debilitating, isn't it?

That looks really neat, and having a cupboard under the sink is a great idea for storage in a small bathroom isn't it.
