Thunder, lighting and torrential rain last night but today was even hotter.
Despite the heat I managed to clean the other boat, it just meant Steve was sat in the doorway so he wasn't alone.
We are planning on leaving the marina on Friday, we won't go far, we will go to The Cunning Man eventually but I'm hoping to take three or four weeks to get there.

Yes, even hotter today here in the Dales too.
We had a fantastic light show but no rain and a rare clap of thunder. Ive just been to Tesco and all the fridges and freezers are taped off. You could not enter the area. Staff were busy emptying the shelves. Crazy!
Can't wait to see what's at "The Cunning Man"!
Was Steve offering helpful comments on your cleaning ? mine wouldnt be able to stop himself
Chris the Cunning Man is a nearby pub, about 20 minutes drive away but we'll do the journey over a few weeks.
Oh yes Kate he was convinced it was clean as he couldn't see the dust!
I hope you are managing to stay comfortable Weave.
GIA, they must have had a power cut.
